General Description

Policy Summary:

In order to create a University environment in which civility, decency, and respect are honored, Trinity University has established standards of behavior. 

Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance to students on what is considered unacceptable behavior. 

Scope:

This policy applies to all current students.

Exceptions:

There are no exceptions. 
Policy Content
Students are expected to respect others, including those in the campus and outside community. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, the following:
  1. Violence 
  2. Threats of violence 
  3. Intimidation
  4. Harassment
  5. Bullying
  6. Stalking behavior (not otherwise covered in Title IX policies)
  7. Dangerous conduct8. Threatening, belligerent, and/or menacing behavior
