Policy Content
Requests for major capital improvements are usually submitted in writing to the Capital Improvements Committee via the respective vice president by mid-September.
The Committee evaluates, prioritizes and makes its recommendations to the President for review. The President then submits recommendations to the Board of Trustees Buildings and Grounds Committee for approval at the February Board meeting.
Requests that are not recommended or approved are placed on a waiting list.
